Her work focuses on human diversity, disability advocacy and artistic self-expression. Since 2010, Dóra has been the International Projects Coordinator at HSAWA, where she advocates for the redefinition of disability through the social model and promotes the role of disability arts in promoting social change.

For years, he assumed responsibility for projects relating to the development of public policies related to Gender Equality and Organizational Culture of NGOs, coordinating research and staff training at UNHCR, the Catalan Federation of NGDOs and other institutions.

She is a certified trainer by the High Commission for Migration (public and governmental institute) in matters related to International Dialogue and Intercultural Education.

She is a visual collage artist, sound recordist and DJ and integrates her experience and knowledge as a psychologist and artist.
