DARE Project - Different Abilities to Reach Employability

The project “DARE - Different Abilities to Reach Employability” took place between the 1st and 9th of July 2024, coordinated by the Italian organization YMCA - Parthenope Onlus”, supported by the Erasmus program - a youth exchange action that took place in Naples, Italy.

This project focused on putting participants in contact with the main themes and
labor market problems and promote the learning of skills and attitudes through practice, focusing mainly on the employability of people with functional diversity.

CLAP was a partner in this project, where it sent six participants with functional diversity and two team leaders. To this end, CLAP promoted a partnership with CERCILISBOA.
